Shocking and *********

Absolutely shocking service from Jet King Williams Town. We have a funeral cover that we have been paying for years, my dad passed over a month ago and there's no payout up to this point. My grieving mom has been forced to go there 4 times only to be told that the lady responsible for processing was not around, can you imagine??? So the whole business stops because someone is on leave. Unprofessional bordering on ********* service. Other funeral policies paid out within 2 days by the way
