Firstly I asked for the area manager to call me which never happened, then the contact centre calls me telling me about the back and fourth with the store manager, eventually the same store manager who had this disgusting behavior called me, she didnt apologize till I told her too. clearly these managers are not taught how to handle customers and how to deliver customer service. I went to the store on Sunday and the 2nd in charge did not evens apologize because it was her and the manager that had disgusting behavior last Tuesday. I exchanged the bra's but I was putting one of the new bra's on Today for the first time and the strap broke loose immediately now I will need to exchange it again!!!!!! what a schelp and ****ty quality!!!! I want the area manager to contact me and I need to go exchange these bra's I never got to wear for new ones AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
