**** called RMCS

URGENT Assistance required!!!!

I am struggling to cancel my contract with RMCS even though I have closed my Jet account ages ago. The pain that I felt when I was ****** on 6th May 2018 is nothing compared to the pain that I am feeling now since I am struggling to do a simswap due to a contract that I have with RMCS - this is the worst service provider I have ever came across in my entire life. When I go to Jet for assistance, they just dial the number for RMCS and leave me to suffer on my own. That mobile number is the number that I have used all my life and I cannot let it go. Please can someone help me with this **** called RMCS - how the hell does Jet stay in association with this company for such a long time? I cannot take another phone on contract with Vodacom because of RMCS.
