SHE BUL**** ME DIDNT WANNA LISTEN TO A THING!!

I was bul**** by a lady when I came to activate my account yesterday. I was accompanied by a friend who also wanted to open an account there. I came in earlier before to activate it continue because I didn't know my work number by head and its a new number it was on my phone but then my phone bettry died I asked to come back later. When I was there she gave me an attitude and bul**** me. She asked why I didn't finish updating my details earlier while I was explaining it to her, she didn't want listen she told me that I should know everything I wrote on the application since Im the one who app****, I kept on explaining to her she then made a phone call and she spoke softly on the phone for few minutes then gave me the phone a gentleman asked me questions I answered and asked what happened earlier I told him then gave her the phone. She then said some people don't mind doing *****. She said I must bring my payslip and bank statement. I said for what coz I don't understand she started screaming at me that's when I took my id and left. I don't want this account anymore and my friend as well said she doesn't want to open an account anymore coz of the way she treated me. Im still shocked
