SHAMEFUL EXPERIENCE

This was one of my worst experiences I've encounter in a long time. I went to this store on 28th February 2022 and was amazed to find out, that stocktaking are much important than customer service. It appears that this store runs on an island, because it was the first time that I couldn't pay my RCS account at a Jet stores. At all the other stores I visited in the past, my payments were received and accepted without any hassle. The manager, didn't even take the time to come to me as the customer, with a problem, she stood in the isles counting stock. My daughter asked her about a price of an item, she didn't even bother to make eye contact or an explanation to an honest question. The store opened at 09h05 and everything was in shambles. A lady was still cleaning the entrance window till 09h02. Of all the other Jet stores I visited in the past, this was the worst. I crossed the hall to a The Fix store and what a reception, compared to what I've just encounted. I was treated the same way as at any of the outlets within the TFG stores, with dignity and respect.
