SETTLEMENT LETTER NOT RECIEVED
why struggle to get a ****n settlement letter but when you owe them they call you a thousand times a day.<br> <br> Since 2014 I paid off my account even today I still haven't received the settlement letter and still show that I owe the store whilst the account was settled<br> <br> The staff at the store are *********** and don't know what they doing.<br> <br> I want my letter before Friday
