settlement
I was handed over by Jet because I couldn't pay my account a year ago I made arrangements with the lawyers to pay my account then after settling the account I didn't get my settlement letter so now I am struggling and I have been calling Jet customer service they keep on telling me that they are not able to help me because they can not trace my ID number nor their own card number I want my name removed from ITC please I really need somebody to help me and remove that judgement please get back to me
