JET AGAIN! On the 28th/Aug I went to jet mall of Africa to do shopping for my kids. When I went to pay, I was assisted by a man whom I forgot his name but he was the only cashier*I took a pink Micky mouse bag for my daughter n the guy told me i can't buy it coz there's no price tag I told him I want that bag that's when he called the manager "koena*who was busy on her cellphone laughing but rep**** to the cashier that she is busy, after a few minutes she came not even a hello 2me she said there's no tag n vision is off n there's nothing she can do. As shocked as I was I told her about Doctor *store manager of Clearwater who manage to get me a price via his cellphone /_that when she started taking a picture of the bag. I was charged 89.90 for that bag n when I went to jet city the bag was on sale for 59.99( so clearly she just gave a price) after I spent R900.00 ON MY shopping I was charged extra R30.00) We need managers like doctor " clearwater" who goes an extra mile for his customers!
