Service Fee
I was billed R23.00 on 2018/10/06 for “Service Fee”, this was the first time that I was billed for that amount. I need to understand what is the “Service Fee” that is on my account for.
Accounts department ignored my mail to them on 2018/11/12.

Please note that the service fee is charged on all accounts that have a debit balance at the end of each month. The product is accepted in store when prompted to sign the signature pad . Should the balance be zero at the end of the month we will not charge you the service fee.
