SERIOUSLY DAM TAKING THIS UP. SICK AND TIRED

so this morning i went to get a refund at the jet stores in sandton city, never the less the lady that was helping was so dam rude. its so unlike people to be like this early in the morning rude and don't care attitude, she was checking my jeans and top, i bought it last week Thursday from the same store, the jeans were extremely tight and the top was baggy, so i asked for a refund, she then told me that i wore the clothes i said no i did not cause i just tried it on also then she refused to answer me and went to the manager waited an 1 hour for the manager which was even more rude and horrible unpleasant lady she shouldn't even be the manager. she was then telling me i wore the jeans and it looked like its been wore, when for the 100 time i never wore the jeans, also there are 1 million people that come into the shop and try on the jeans and there i am buying the same jeans and top. all i can say to you guys is that i am taking this up believe me when i say this i am not leaving this
