Senseless staff

Went to jet store in Jabulani mall with my daughter, bought shoes and a dress and socks for my 8 year old daughter, paid and left the store, she was hold the plastic with her clothes, went out and as we were walking towards the exit, a guy came running to me and tapped me from behind and said I must come back, not explaining anything, I asked him why, he didn't respond, he insisted I go back to the store with him, which I was already doing, got to the store, he says my plastic was beeping, mind u, there was Noone by the door when we left with my daughter, if there was, they wouldn't need to come running after us but check it by the door same time. He then rudely says I was running away with the plastic hence he came running, chasing me and my daughter and that it's my responsibility to get a staff member when my plastic beeps by the door, at this moment I'm livid, my daughter is scared, people are watching us, he keeps insisting that I was running away. I tell him to check the damn plastic and tell me why it's beeping, he then removes a tag or something, signs the receipt and gives it back. Very rudely. I'm still upset. Embarrassed an I feel very much disrespected by their incompetence to do their job instead chose to accuse me and shift the responsibility to me as a customer to say I should have looked for a staff member to check my bag for something the cashier should've removed when paying. I'm never going back to that shop with *********** and lazy, senseless staff. Especially that guy with no teeth nxx
