Security guard calls me a tramp !!!

I went to Jet Mart in Springs yesterday to buy a skirt for church. I was running late and had other things on my mind; as I was walking out the security guard (Elizabeth) calls me out rudely asking for the slip I then turned to give her my attention but she decided to yell at me. I told her it was not necessary and that she should have asked me nicely as it was not my intention to leave without showing her the slip. She told me that I need to leave my problems at home as we all have problems. Who said I have problems??? There was an exchange of words as I really felt undermined and she ended up calling me a TRAMP! I called the store manager (Mduduzi) and in his presence she continued to call me a TRAMP! I felt this was very offending as she is supposed to be constantly dealing with customers and has to be customer orientated. I ask that she be dealt with accordingly!
