School shoes exchange.

I bought a pair of school shoes at jet north gate, I lost the Reciept, but had original parkaging with their name and shoes, in condition I bought them. They refused to give me a correct size, dispite me not wanting a refund.. They flat out refused, I find their behavior unacceptable to consumers
