Ive noticed last year that my accont balance doesnt go down and I called your incompetence call centre to query about my account, i was told i have taken an edgars club and a protection plan which Im certain I didnt take. I asked for those things to be cancelled and i even got a reference number for cancellation however it was never cancelled. I even requested for proof that i took those things but no one is willing to assist me because i want my money back, im not going to pay for something that i didnt take. I called your call center ten times today to sort this issue out but the phone is being dropped im transferred to the wrong departments. Your service is disgusting and your company is ******** people.
