I have an ongoing issue with Jet, my account was handed over to Norton attorney's which i had a payment arrangement for a monthly payment to be deducted from my account by them on the last day of the month of R400 eff: 28/02/2020. I then received another sms stating i've been handed over to VVM which I disputed the amount as i was paying via debit order from ***. These payments weren't reflecting on my statement hence my balance is high, i requested a statement from Norton attorneys which they sent after being given the run around. I have sent more than 5 emails for the payments reflecting on Norton attorneys to be allocated to my jet statement with no help. No one at Jet is able to read and understand an email and respond with clear information, apart from that they refer to me as Phati, I'm definitely not Phati. Please get in touch with me and amend my balance according to what has been paid on my account. i'm not willing to pay the VVM fees as i had already had an arrangement with Norton attorneys to debit my account monthly, if the process was not clear it was clearly on Norton attorneys and jet side as my balance hasn't been updated.
