I had a clothing account with jet which I settled last year on a discounted settlement amount. When I checked my ITC the account was still showing with balance when I phoned Jet to inquire why the account is still open when I settled they were telling me things I did not understand. The account is now handed over and I'm being called for an acc I settled.
