Sarcastic store manager!!
I purchased 2 items CASH in October 2015 for a party that was yesterday and never got to use the items so today, 07.12.15 i decided to return them as i still had the receipt and the items still had the swing tickets attached. The cashier, Thomas advised he needed to confirm with his manager 1st. He then returned and advised that he needs to issue me with a gift voucher and cannot give my money back. WHY? I bought the items cash and had the proof as well. I asked him to call the manager (Karen) who came to the cash desk and conveniently told me i cannot get my money back because of some policy, maybe i would have understood, but what really upset was the fact that she was VERY SARCASTIC and said \ you can't expect to buy something 10 months ago and decide to return it now only". October to December? that's not even 3 months"

o it is within 30 days of purchase;
o it is in its original packaging or condition, i.e.;
the security seal or shrink wrap is intact (if applicable)
it is unworn and unused and the price ticket is attached
NB: All mentioned above is written at the back of your till slip.
