Sandton City - routinely deliver poor service and today all time low!

Sandton City Jet - I went in to purchase items today, I was the only one in line at the tellers - there was not a single teller on duty , there were other staff assisting on account queries, when I asked if some could assist me on this purchase I was outright ignored, I waited and was completely ignored during this time. This is very poor service, I left the store. This store routinely has only 1 or 2 tellers on duty and always a long queue, but today was a new all time low. I was a regular customer purchasing 100's of rands monthly but you have seen the last of me after this horrible experience of your staff being completely apathetic and rude.
