Rude unprofessional Cashier

Worst service received at Jet BridgeCity Kwamashu by cashier Mthobisi at around 13:20 pm transaction no SR*** T***.I was at the store buying clothes with my husband who is a loyal customer for yrs.So we get to the till and try to purchase with jet account and it declines.So I asked him what's the issue is it credit and if he can check for us.He told me he can't with an attitude and that we have to asked the manager, I proceeded to inform him that the account is paid monthly so we would like to know.He then asked my husband if he knows his balance and because I know more about what's going on in his account he pays monthly and told him that he does know bcos he doesn't get messages and in that instant he told me to shut up.I said to him that I know more about the acc then he does and the cashier Mthobisi told me to shut up a couple of times (Shh thula angikhulumi nawe in isiZulu) because he is not talking to me.My husband told him that he doesn't get messages and pays monthly by 25th.He was very rude and unprofessional just because the account is on my husband's name does not mean a 3rd party who buys regularly at Jet gets treated with such disrespect.I want an apology from him in writing on *** is definitely not the way to treat any customer
