Rude staff at Meyerton branch

I was at the Vaal Mall branch where the staff was very helpful, but couldn't continue because I didn't have the correct paperwork on hand. So today I went to the Meyerton branch with the correct paperwork and the staff there were very rude and did not help at all, so just left. All I want to do is get back the money that I have as credit on my account.
