Rude Sales Assistant

I asked a lady(Anna, old lady who is moPedi) that works here(Jet, Lakeside Mall) to please help me find a size for my son's top or check if a different branch(Mall @ Carnival) had one and she flat out refused. Telling me that they only look for sizes during the year and not in December. That's ludicrous. Please train your staff to do better.
