rude people

was in one of your jet stores at Loch logan bloem yesterday and I must say the service I got there was certainly not up to scratch at all I had one of your consultant telling me the fitting room is closed and I will not be able to fit my clothes when I asked her how can the fitting room be closed while the are still people in the store she walked away from me, I found that to be very rude I then asked for the store manger she also took her time to attend to me ,this is totally unacceptable behaviour towards paying customers, then manger was also not very friendly when she finally came, she told me to be quick because they also want to go home .
