Rude manager .

So I bought this hurricane phone at Jet kollonade o the 30th Never. The phone di not even work for 2 days it was already not functioning completely. I then took it back on 5th December and I asked the cashier to exchange it for another brand, as I could see hat this brand was going to give me problems I was told that you I could only exchange to the same Hurricane Brand. Apparently there was communication sent to staff to to the purchaser cause I was not told to when I purchased the phone. Bear in Mind the staff is already are that the Hurricane phones are troublesome and yet the are still trying to force it into the market . I refused to take another hurricane phone and I asked to speak to the manager . The woman ignored for a good 35 minutes and I kept on asking the poor cashier for that manager and she till I got irritated and took the phone to her cause I also felt that I was holding up the Cell phones queue. She even shouted the that only phone I was going to get was a Hurricane. realising that her bullying tactics were not working she then took the phone and spoke to some guy in spoke to him to him in Afrikaans and the told me that I will get the phone I wanted she did not
