Rude consultants. Unpaid claim

So jet debt consultants keep on calling me and they so rude. So last year I lost my phone's and I claimed from them. This was around Oct-Nov last year 2023. Then I was asked to go to police station for affidavit which is what I did, then they send me documents to complete and I did that and send them back. All this was happening because I kept on calling them. However from last year I would get rude consultants, either they will tell me they are busy or have high volume of calls when I call them and ask them to call me back cause I've been on line for long.

I then started going to their shops and they will call the insurance department when I'm there and they gave me numbers to call to track the process . Till today nothing was done or any report from them

Lately I get calls from their debt collection department saying that I'm due for a certain amount, whenever I try to explain my frustrations that I'm experiencing erreas because I feel it's unfair to pay for insurance for the phones I don't have they hang up on me. Today it really got to me that I really have a good credit record and Jet is about to mess that up with their rude consultants and not fulfilling their promise. I mean we insure our asset for convince but the experience it just inconveniences us.

At first someone bought a phone with my account, when I asked couldn't they see that the signatures where nit the same they said they couldn't recognize and I had to pay for that. Now it's this. I can't wait to pay every dime I owe Jet and cut all ties with them. Worse now it's hard to cancel cause I still need those phones. Almost 8 years been paying for insurance and I only claimed once...money that I've been paying it buys those phones I'm sure 5 times.....been so loyal but I'm been treated so unfair for years now.
