Rude consultants

Hi

I just spoke to a guy called Justin -***, He is so RUDE and has zero tolerance to clients. I didn't even know what was the call about, 1st he tells me to confirm my ID, when I ask what is it about he tells me about JET account. Which I felt that he could have elaborated, offering funeral benefit, Insurance etc. 2nd his background was so noisy and when I told him about it he rudely suggests that I should check my background(which there was nothing wrong with it).

3rd, while I am trying to talk to him he speaks over me like I am non existent.

I have to agreed to any terms or anything and word strongly suggest that you train your consultants on customer service. JUSTIN IS RUDE and has NO Customer Service!
