Rude consultant

Hi went to jet mart boulders 6 feb 2016. i wanted to have a few things clarified on my account, so i went to the customer care section, there were 2 women standing by one till, one of the ladies told me to take a seat because she was still assisting another customer, the other woman (linda) left and came back with another customer, she assisted him, i was still sitting waiting, when she was done i asked if she (linda) assists with customer related queries, she said yes, i then asked her why she had fetched another customer while i waited and thats when she lost it, she was very rude and shouting at me, she told me that i was giving her attitute. She didnt have a name tag so i asked her for her name and she told me i had no business asking for her name. This woman (linda) was rude, unprofessional, mean and ***********. I was made to feel like she was doing me a favour, and she even told me to ask someone else to assist me because she wasnt going to assist me. I have been a jet customer for year and not once have i ever been treated like this, the level of rudeness i received from this linda woman is shocking and unaccepteble.
