Rude cashier and bad service😡

I was at Jet birch acres mall store today to laybye my daughters chlothes, when we were about to pay the cashier named Kagiso diddnt greet us nor requested next customer. When i arrived at the till she was busy talking with the other guy who was assisting other customers with a phone purchase, I gave her the chlothes then told her its a laybye then she said u must say so before I scan I then told her how must I know know that if she diddnt greet me she then started exchanging words with me saing if she dont greet me i must greet her. As a customer represantive I was suprised how can she give me such an attitude a customer. I got her name when the other cashier called him ad she diddnt eveb wana allow us to pay at her till making stories that her system is down. I have never came such an arrogant n rude cashier in my life I had to share thiscdxpereience because she belittled me.
