Rude cashier and bad manners!!!!!

I went to Jet Mankweng plaza to make an exchange I was helped by a lady Gillian who was so rude because when I got there and told her I’m here to exchange she started murmuring and says eish I should just wait over there because the system needs overbidding,she did not explain this to me at 1st in a way I could understand and when I asked her what she is saying she told me “am I fighting with her because my tone says otherwise I then said to her I did not understand what you said hence I’m asking,there is nothing wrong with me asking what you just said,she continued to call another client and argued with me ,I then told her that her service is bad if she is going to argue with a client who just needs clarification on what she said even when I left the shop she was this arguing,please teach your cashiers some manners and customer service ,my day was ruined because of her.
