Rude, Arrogant Store Manager

I went into Jets Store East Rand Mall and the manager Justice is so arrogant and rude. I wanted to exchange a jeans I bought for my son for a bigger size and I only had my slip which is acceptable in all our stores except RCS group. What utter nonsense, RCS you need to relook your processes, you are losing clients because your system is **** and then you need to send people like Justice on management training. He is not a people person and shouldn't be running a store, no wonder sales is low. I bought a shorts and guess what the price was incorrect, I was overcharged. The cashier called Justice to come and override the price and he refused to come out of his office and made me wait until the supervisor that was on tea came back. You most probably not going to address Justice and it's ok, I just want SA to know that Justice at East Rand mall branch is a bad manager and he cant even run his store properly. Good luck trying to increase revenue with people like Justice chasing your customers literally out of the store...
