******* SERVICE from JET RETAIL STORE

I attempted to close my JET ACCOUNT in December 2020 but i get calls everyday now and we already in Feb 2021, saying i have outstanding balance! What *******!!! I took time off to go to the store to close my account (which was paid up in full) to be told it will be done in no later than 30days and i have Emails to prove it!!! WHAT A *******! HOW CAN I PAY ON SOMETHING THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE CLOSED?!!!
