I opened the account with them and I got a 1000 credit I used it the I started paying in for 6 months then they sent me a account that is in the red with my account so I phoned head office and they found out that jet opened a policy with out my permission then they investigaterd and did not find any voice recordings that I said it's fine for the policy so they got back to me and said that they going to refund me with in 30 days its months already now they send me a message that they going to take me to the lawyers with out sending a bill or anything they don't want to refund me
