Rmcs airtime subscription

I have account with jet, so I was supprised when my number was changed to contract with rmcs and I receive R55 monthly airtime. I don't even know how my number was added to that because I don't want it, I have been trying to get help from vodacom they told me my number is now on contact no longer on prepaid so I must go to jet for help, at jet they don't help me, I don't understand why jet give rmcs my number because I can't even get hold of rmcs and jet cant help as well. I no longer want that contract.
