i have been paying my Jet account for the past over 8 months with no improvement on my installment. my Jet account limit is R2000.00 but i ow them over R3000.00 "apparently" . i was advised that this might be an error on their side when the partnered with another company or it could be that they gave me more credit without my knowledge and now im paying for what they gave me then. i know how i shop. i always ask for a slip to check my account balance before i shop . if i need something that cannot be bought on the card then i pay cash, as a loyal customer for over 7 years i did not expect to be ********** by Jet store !!!! i cant afford to pay for money that i did not spend. no one wants to assist with this matter !!! i pay! pay! and pay ! no credit and no improvement on the account balance !!!!! i need help with this and want to close this account !!!!
