Ridiculous “Policy”

I would like to put in a complaint about one of your stores!

I went to the Jet Stores in Hibernia Str, George and wanted to buy swimwear but I first wanted to fit it as I don’t know what size would fit me. The manager informed me that I am not allowed to fit it, that is the stores policy? But just a week ago I fitted swimwear at the Jet Stores at the Langeberg Mall, they allowed me to fit? I told the manager that that is why the swimwear has a sticker on it as the bottom for hygenic purposes, and how on earth am I suppose to know what size to buy then???? How can Jet at the mall allow me to fit but the Jet in George does not allow me??? Same company/franchise/business to suppose to have the same policy right??? He treated me só badly in front of everybody, I was só upset that I burst into tears!!!! Never in my live have I been treated so bad when doing business with someone!!! He kept on telling me it is not his rule, and that I should phone customer care, which I did not have time to do so as I had to go pick up my child from school!

I expect a reply and apology from that manager!
