Review about Bongeka from JET Pavilion

I went to Jet Pavilion yesterday to shop for my unborn child and had a terrible experience that I ended up crying because of a lady named Bongeka(light skinned). I was doing baby shopping and had to stop by Jet to do most of my baby clothes shopping. I was very tired and my feet were Burning, I asked Sizwe to borrow me a chair while waiting for the queue to move but upon him realize that I’m heavily pregnant he spoke to the cashiers and the lady said I can use anyone who becomes available. Bongeka became available so I went to her till and started off loading my items. She asked which queue I was in and I told her I was pregnant and Sizwe sent me to the front. She then called the next customer and told me she couldn’t assist so I should go stand in the pensioners queue. I told her that it defeats the purpose of being pregnant and skipping the queue because of my vulnerability. She was so persistent with not assisting me until I told her that I’m not going anywhere until she performs her duty which is assisting customers. She then told me, I quote “I am not the one who impregnated you”. I started crying because my feet were swollen and a woman is treating me like that in-front of her staff. I was only assisted by her colleague as she was persistent about not assisting me although she was aware of my vulnerability. We were taken to the office by the manager but she kept saying things that were more offensive to me. I have a video of the whole thing that happened in the office.
