Reversal money of airtime and mobile content I neva received

No update on my account has been made, no reversal of the fruad made on my account, jet is just stringing me along to there soppy emails and apologies. Email back and forth. Like when is it going to stop fruad has been made on my account I still battle to fix this problem. All I want is the money reverse back into my account iv been paying for airtime and mobile content I never received. Please this has been dranging for months.
