RETURNS

I worked for Edcon for 13 years moving between stores. .I then handed my resignation in November 2019. I left the group in December. . Yesterday I went to SARS to hand my IRP5 in order to claim my returns but to my surprise the sars employee told me that I won't get my returns because Edcon never submitted my IRP5 on their system.

Today an Ex colleague of mine suggested that I must go to one of Edcon offices at CNA building I will get the HR there. I went there and the security officer called the HR department and a lady told me to send an email. I sent an email and she confirmed that she received the email but I haven't received my feedback.

Whether they are attending my query or not. WHAT A SHAME ! A company that i served so many years .

Why my IRP5 were not sent?
