Returning a bra

I went to return a bra the short guy that works there I forgot his name told me that I can't return it. I then read him the exchange and returns policy which does not include a bra. Still he refused to help me, he then said bra is like an underwear you sweat and stuff. I was like I ddnt not even wear the bra because it ddnt fit. He also made a comment about breast. I was so annoyed and humiliated. He was very unprofessional.
