Return

I am very disappointed in the service at Jet west steet. I purchased an item online on the 7/10/24 and received it on the 9/10/2024. The item was small for my son and since jet is not a close store to me i did not have the time to return it as I work 6 to 7 days a week. I went today on the 12/11/2024 to return it at jet in west street and the lady refused saying that they could not take it back due to it being 3 days late. This is ridiculous.. I understand having to follow procedures as I am also a manager in retail but as managers we are allowed to use our discretion to return if the item is in the condition it was purchased and it had the swing ticket. Honestly this is really disappointing.
