Retail mistreatment
I bought a poloneck jersey from Jet store in Mall of the South and I found that it is smaller and I went to Jet stored in Marks Park - Vereeniging to exchange. to my surprise the lady from the cashiers told me that i must go to where I bought the jersey from. I tried to explain to her that I was on that area due to work reason but I reside in Vereeniging. So it will be a huge inconvenience to catch a taxi back there to exchange one item that you guys have it on stock. She was so rude, loud and disrespectful to me and that hurt my feelings. I need to find out:
1. If doesn't franchise to exchanges even if you bought it from another branch? 2. If what channels to follow to be helped in this matter? 3. And also would demand a proper apology from this lady.
Her name is Sara and had dreadlocks, a bit chubby in body size, black in complexion.
