response to my complain
i am highly disappointed in the response i got from Cindy in jabulani mall, she says i can take the phone i bought back to jet and they will book it for repairs and an sms will be sent to me to notify to go pay the R300 at the bank for repairs....She told me that before and i dispute that because my phone is still under warranty as i bought it last year and they should not charge, its not my fault the phone is faulty.i took my phone in on the 7 February 2015 and i have been going back and forth since that time and i am still without a solution as she says that the communication she got from the manager, she says they now use this new process which was implemented january 1st 2015,how does that affect me as i bought my phone may 2014?a slap in the face was when she said i can write an email to them if i cant afford the R300 stating my reason and they will work something out.Its not about afordability i should get the service i paid for in the first place and if there are changes, they should be communicated to me.i am without a phone and still no solution. Can i get a response and a way foward with regards to this matter, My cell phone is my number one point of contact its important.
