REQUEST FOR PAID UP LETTER.

I have paid jet stores the balance i owed them.. they gave me a 30 % discount and i settled my account and they promised to send me the paid up letter within 7 days and yet i havnt recieved it and when i check the balance on my jet account its still showing some outstanding balance i then phoned them again then they said i musnt worry about that they will update it to R0..i even have the ref no of that call and the lady i spoke to she said it will be sent to me within 10 working days ... its been a month now i have not recieved my paid up letter ..please kindly send it to my email ********** and update my credit record as it still shows i still owe jet.
