Request for Intervention and Assistance - Re: Jet Clothing Stores Account

I’m in need of assistance and support via an intervention with regards to a retail account that was *******ly used. Someone used my Jet Stores retail card and made purchases of over R5000; When I went to the store to report it they said I must pay the debt. I requested footage of all the days these purchases were made at the store and I was told the footage only is kept for 7 days meaning I will never see who made these purchases.

The retail store is now sending me letters of demand eventhough I have notified them of the ******* use of my account. I cannot be held responsible for these purchases and this means anyone is allowed to purchase and it will most likely happen again. I cannot be able to see purchases made on my account until my account is posted to me.

Please assist in this regard.
