Repairs and exchange
I purchased a Verssed Motion E 1.1 in June and it has been functioning properly until last week. My battery dies in a matter of minutes even though I've charged it and its well above 50%. It just switches off without warning and I'm been using and charging the phone the way it is recommended by the manufacturer. I can't simply buy a new battery because this is a tablet and the slip I received says the warranty is only for 7 days :| now do I just chill here with my phone and have it repaired by myself or Is it possible to have it exchanged? I also have all the requirements should I want to exchange the tablet eg: charger,the box,manual,the screen is not cracked etc. <br> <br> kindly,<br> Sanele

A cell phone/tablet can only be exchanged or refunded if the service provider cannot fix the cell phone/tablet and therefore will instructed us to replace or refund the customer as stated in our refund policy.
Kindly note should your tablet fall within the guarantee period you can take it back to the store whereby it will be sent for repairs.
