Refusing to reverse my money

On the 9th June I wrote a review about jet refusing to reverse payment to my account. After you contacted them last, one of their consultant(Subesh) foned and asked me to forward him proof of payments, I did exactly so and foned him to confirm if he did receive the documents which he confirmed he did receive n assured me that he forwarded them to remittance an Wil fone me for update, since then he never call me back. Last week I foned him and he said let me make a follow up n Wil get back to you shortly, even today he never foned. I just don't know why it have to take them half a year to reverse my money.
