Refuse to refund my Money

On the 20th December I bought a number of items Cash at a Jet Store- Included with these was a pair of shoes worth R200- The shoes lasted less than a month and when I tried to return it to the store, I was told that I can get an exchange or voucher- According to section 56 of the CPA I am entitled to a refund as the goods became defective during normal use and it is well within 6 months. I tried to get hold of the manager who is off and they refuse to give me the details of the regional manager. I wont shop at any Edcon store again.<br> <br> I want my money not appologies
