Refusal to provide client with evidence of purchase
Jet is refusing to provide me details of were a ********** purchase was made on my mother in laws account. Instead they continue to harass her to make payment for a purchase she did not make. They maintain they cannot tell her which shop this purchase was made even though it reflects on their statement. All Jet shops have cameras but for some reason they wont make effort to investigate who made this disputed purchase.
