Refunded my cash back

I will like to time time and thank Jet wonderpark management and the lady cashier christnah for refunding my cash back. After a long battle with the bad and poor service at the Pre to ria West Quaga centre jet. Where by the manager Bridgette refusing to give me my cash back telling me she have to much credits in her store and she's not reaching target because of that and also head office suspect that they might be doing ***** refund she is going to give me a gift card or go back to the store I bought the items. I then took my items went back to work and called customer care line. I spoke to Martha who logged in a fault at a Quaga in Mpumalang?. The manager called me as promised but unfortunately it was a wrong store. I then decide to go to the wonderpark where by I refunded the items and I got my cash back. Thank you wonderpark for a wonderful service.
