Refund Rejection

I purchased a product on the 18th of December and tried to return it on the 19th.

Upon returning the product I was told they can't take it back as I had made it dirty.

I tried to engage the lady who went mum on me. I asked for her superior who could not be reached.

The lady was so rude.
