I bought school shoes for my daughter on 13/01/2024 from Jet Somerset Mall. My daughter wore the shoes for the first 2 days of school and then complained that the shoes are hurting her ankles(she has open wounds on both ankles). I returned to Jet Somerset Mall wanting to exchange the shoes for different brand. I was told by the cashier Heidi I could not exchange the shoes as it was worn.
My wife and myself have both previously exchanged shoes at TFG stores after wearing it for a few days. What makes this situation different.

25 Jan 2024, 11:11The shoes are still new and in a resell-able condition as it was only worn twice for a couple of hours. Last year I bought school shoes from Jet and had no issues with it. However the current pair hurt both my daughters ankles leaving her with open wounds.
